Our Engineers will adhere to all appointment times and always visit at a time that suits you.
We aim to ensure that all works are completed on time and to your satisfaction.
We shall respond quickly to all calls for service.

We believe that the quality of service & workmanship that customers receive must be of the highest possible standards; therefore our Engineers are not only Corgi-registered but also time-served.
We ensure that our Engineers are kept fully trained and up to date with modern technology.

Service

Our staff pride themselves on their customer care and will endeavour to explain to you the options available and the estimated cost. They will explain exactly what work is required, why it is necessary and how long it will take.

We will clean up after ourselves at the end of each working day and we aim to cause the least amount of disruption possible during our work.

Security

All of our Engineers are subjected to a 10 year security background check to ensure that they are the kind of people that you will want in your home.
All of our Engineers carry identification cards, however we can offer to call you prior to your appointment and give you a password for additional peace of mind.
We will never disclose your personal details to anyone and will always observe a strict duty to confidentiality.
